Why we're cheaper
Factory-serviced tools, guaranteed good as new
Most of our tools are returned items from large hardware home-center chains — bought for a weekend project and returned shortly after. The chain sends the tool back to the manufacturer for servicing, and once it's been returned it can't be sold as new again, even when nothing was wrong with it.
We buy those tools back from the manufacturer and sell them at a huge discount — but only after the manufacturer has thoroughly tested each one and guaranteed it good as new.
