People are used to getting their jewelry repaired at local boutiques or big retailer shops. What they don't realize is that these retailers are actually shipping their repairs to jewelry repair centers, like us. We specialize in jewelry repairs and have the infrastructure, resources and technology to deliver the same standard in quality repairs directly to you.
DRS NY Corp. is a subdivision of Domani Group, established in New York City since 1987. What was founded on a fascination of jewelry has evolved into a one stop-shop for consumers. We are an authorized repair service center for David Yurman jewelry and watches and other fine jewelry, responsible for the repair and processing of customer-owned pieces while maintaining their original components, stones, and diamonds.
Our jewelers are experts in evaluating repair needs and providing prompt, efficient service. They are certified, background checked, and work under video surveillance for maximum security. Whether it's a simple resizing, polishing, or a complete restoration — your jewelry will be in skilled hands.

The Facility
Our repair facility is located in Midtown Manhattan, built for one job: fine repair, done right. For over 30 years we have been an exclusive jewelry repair provider for brand names and major department stores — trusted with fine corrections and flawlessly repairing priceless pieces of jewelry.
All repairs are handled by mail — your jewelry ships straight to the bench, not a store counter. Every item is insured in transit, and every repair carries a one-year limited warranty.

For your convenience we provide a free shipping label. Alternatively, you may use any carrier that is most convenient for you — FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Please be sure your item is properly protected and packaged to avoid damage during transit, and we highly recommend insuring the package and retaining your tracking information.
Upon receipt you'll get an email confirming your package arrived. Your item is inspected and evaluated, and for a general repair an estimate is sent within 3–5 business days. Repairs that require parts may take longer depending on sourcing and availability.
A general repair with no parts required takes approximately 14 business days after you approve the estimate. Repairs that require parts allow approximately 4–12 weeks depending on parts sourcing and availability.
Yes — you can check your repair status any time. You'll need the repair number on your estimate and your zip code. Call or email us and we'll look it up for you.
No — all repairs must be mailed.
To better service your repair needs, the best practice is to physically have the item on hand and evaluate its overall condition.
Yes, as long as it's a realistic timeframe and parts are available if the repair requires them.
Yes — just be sure to insure your package according to the contents' value.

No, we do not. The carrier you choose can assist with purchasing and providing these materials.
Yes. Please note you're responsible for shipment cost as well as any duties and taxes that may apply.
Yes — it's our policy to insure all items repaired and shipped from our facility.
You may request a prepaid FedEx shipping label from us directly. As an alternative, you can also obtain a shipping label from the carrier of your choice.
You may pay online with American Express, ChaseNet Credit, ChaseNet Signature Debit, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. You may also send a personal check or money order for the approved amount.
No, we are not authorized to supply and sell parts.
If you decline the repair estimate, at your request we will ship your item back to you at no charge.
Email your approval to drsny@domanionline.com. Payment is required before we begin your repair — you may pay online, call to process a credit card, or mail a check or money order with a signed copy of your repair estimate.
