Since 1980, Delmonico Gourmet’s core mission is to provide our community with impeccable customer service and superior culinary cuisine. Our selection of hot food, great coffee and made-to-order sandwiches are akin to none other in the neighborhood.

Ordering & policies
Placing your order
Our account executives are available Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, at 212-661-0150. Many items require 24–48 hours’ notice; last-minute orders can often be accommodated.
Deliveries
Available before and after store hours by special arrangement. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available with advance notice. Additional charges apply outside our immediate delivery area.
Cancellations & changes
Orders are custom-prepared; 24–48 hours’ cancellation notice is required. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge; same-day cancellations incur a 100% charge. Changes may be made up to 12pm the day prior to delivery.
Payment
We accept ACH, most major credit cards, company checks, or COD. House accounts are billed monthly to the authorized person on file. A deposit is requested for special event parties.
Fees & gratuities
An administrative fee covers coordination, staffing, and logistics behind the scenes — it is not a gratuity. All gratuities go entirely to the delivery team.
Full-service events
We’re a full-service caterer providing event planning including captains, bartenders, waiters, chefs, and party rentals. Call our catering director for details.
