Sediq has been framing my art since I moved to the Upper West Side 8 years ago. I worked at Sotheby's for many years, and I know the importance of properly protecting artwork with acid-free archival mats and UV-protective museum glass. Sediq uses only the best materials and has always made sure that I'm 100% satisfied with the finished result. His prices are fair, given the time and materials he uses. He's also a pillar of our community. My 7-year-old daughter loves dropping in to say hello to him, and he even framed a piece of her artwork as a gift to her. I won't go anywhere else.

Sediq (the owner) and his framing team at Columbus Art Gallery are truly MASTERS of their craft. Honest and straightforward in their business, comparable and transparent prices, and impeccable taste — hands down the best custom frame shop in the City. I've had a number of pieces framed by Sediq over the years — all of which have come out beautifully. He did an AMAZING job framing a silk Persian rug that would become the centerpiece of our living room wall. Even if you already have a “go-to” framer in the City, do yourself a favor and give Columbus Art Gallery a go — they are truly the best.

Class A place to have your picture framed. They satisfy the three requirements of a successful business. They care, produce great quality, and have reasonable prices. That's why they've been around for so long. Sediq is the best – attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable. There is no need to pay other stores outrageous prices for them to subcontract out their work. Columbus Art Gallery has its own shop. Go here! I can't recommend this place enough.

We had such a great experience here! Hundreds of dollars cheaper than quoted on Framebridge, and Sediq was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to truly elevate a sentimental piece that had been damaged over the years — we couldn't be happier with the end result!

We moved to the neighborhood a month ago. My husband and I walked by Columbus Art but paused to look in and decided to go in to inquire about getting 3 poster boards with blown-up photos from a very special event framed. Sediq was so knowledgeable and nice that I went home, got the boards, and brought them right back. They were all 32″ wide. He suggested a frame that I liked immediately and said it would take 2 weeks to do. It did. He even recommended a person to hang all our art. That person was excellent. We couldn't be happier with the level of expertise and just plain niceness of this store and this man. The job came out perfectly.

Sediq did a masterful job framing my vintage film posters, and I'll certainly return in a couple of months with my next batch!

Amazing and fast service, the owner is very knowledgeable, considerate and nice. Got a big 40″ x 40″ picture framed and I absolutely love the end result.

This was my second positive experience at Columbus Art Gallery. Their prices are fair, the services are fast, and they have a great eye (I would have chosen a bright white for this frame but they suggested an off white to not distract from the art itself and they were absolutely right). Highly recommend.

Excellent work and friendly owner. Wouldn't go anywhere else. We have brought in many works of art that were very fragile and they were always treated very carefully. Always satisfied with the results on all the pieces we needed to have framed and refurbished if they were very old and the frame was falling apart.
